For this project, we completed the flooring installation in both the hall and study, delivering a warm and durable finish throughout these key areas of the home.
We installed a 20mm x 190mm engineered oak floor, selected in a rustic grade to showcase natural character, knots, and grain variation. The boards were finished with a clear matt hardwax oil, enhancing the natural beauty of the oak while providing long-lasting protection.
As part of the project, we also carried out all necessary subfloor preparation, ensuring a solid and level base for a high-quality installation. To complete the look, we fitted new skirting in the hallway, creating a seamless and refined finish.
The result is a timeless, hard-wearing floor that adds both style and practicality to the home.
